Lauren G. Hall, MPA – CEO

Lauren G Hall, MPA-Lauren joined Southeast Enterprises in July of 2018. With a unique combination of executive business experience in the manufacturing and printing industry for over 20 years, non-profit leadership roles for over 10 years, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Kansas, Lauren provides a blend of skills and aptitude necessary to lead and support the mission of Southeast Enterprises.

Extensive experience with diverse and marginalized individuals, Lauren has led and managed teams of professionals and volunteers through such roles as: Executive Director for HealthEd Connect travelling regularly to sub-Saharan Africa and Nepal to train village health workers and supporting primary schools for orphans and vulnerable children, Project Manager of a complex global publishing project for the World Headquarters of the international organization Community of Christ, and Director and Chair of the External Affairs committee for Outreach International. Before entering the nonprofit sector, Lauren experienced a successful career in the printing and communications industry in Chicago holding the title of Vice President of Sales for a multi-million dollar manufacturer of stored value cards, fulfillment services, and high-end offset printing for Fortune 500 corporations and graphic design agencies.

Lauren has a close multi-cultural family. Raised with a sense of wonder and curiosity about the world, she is grateful for opportunities to travel, to learn, and pursue service in organizations with a purpose. As a Liberal Arts undergraduate from Graceland University, Lauren’s life has been inspired by the transforming power of the diverse human story and our shared life experiences to find wisdom, compassion, and common ground.

Amanda Moses- Business Development Director

Amanda Moses attended Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, KS , Metropolitan Community College in Kansas City, where she received her OSHA Authorization Certificate to teach and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University.  Before coming to Southeast as our Business Development Director in 2016, her background included: Director of Safety, Business Owner, Purchasing, Marketing and Sales. Amanda concentrates her efforts on developing partnerships and acquiring a wider variety of challenging work for our employees.

Paul Helton – Production Director

Paul Helton joined the Southeast Staff in 2010 as our Production Director. Prior to coming here, Paul’€™s background included many years in management in the steel industry and a period in insurance sales. His focus is on providing quality production, on-time delivery, excellent communications, and outstanding customer service.

Karen Davis – HR and Finance Director

Karen Davis a native of Colorado, studied at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX. She joined our organization in July 2016 as the Director of HR and Finance. Karen takes her duties as ISO Management Representative very seriously. Her diverse areas of expertise and concentration to detail greatly strengthen our HR Department.
